Billing Terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Canceling prevents future charges only and does not reverse prior charges.
Strict No-Refund Policy
No refunds are issued under any concept or circumstance. Every payment is final and non-refundable once processed.
Mandatory Contact Channel
Billing communication is handled only through Discord:discord.gg/2BCD3rbkPZ. No email support is offered for billing cases.
If a customer initiates a card chargeback without first contacting Discord support, SnippingFlow may submit policy acceptance records, usage data, billing logs, and webhook evidence to contest the dispute.
